Christel

A light that nothing can turn off.
In your hearts, he dwells,
In the breath of the wind, in the laughter of past days,
In every memory that warms souls.
I think a lot about you,
May the tenderness of memory accompany you step by step.
I have just opened this page and seen the photos — very touching. While bittersweet, I feel so fortunate to have met Tony, and I will carry wonderful memories of him with me always.
I hope we can stay in touch and share some of those memories. Tony and I also used to have many deeper conversations about what all of this is about… I would be very glad to share some of those thoughts with you one day. _/\_

I am filled with sadness at the loss of Tony, but so grateful to have had the pleasure of working alongside him for many years at Griffith Uni. I considered him a lifelong friend and am glad we had the chance to catch up for lunches and chats when he returned to work at GU a few years ago. Tony was the perfect blend of wise, kind, funny, and compassionate, and just a great person to be around.
My deepest condolences to Cristina, Louie, Klara and the Kerschbaum family.

Thinking of you all today and wishing you peace and closure. I will always remember Tony as my cousin Sonia’s big brother who was incredibly kind, happy, and stood up for us whenever we got up to mischief and annoyed Mark, Michael or Robbie. He embodied the Kerschbaum traits of love, friendliness, kindness, and loyalty. These are the things that truly matter, and that’s how I will always remember him. xxx Linda (Beretin)

It was with great sadness that I learned the news of Tony’s loss. He was a wonderful, kind and supportive colleague for many years at Griffith University and a good friend. I recall many warm and friendly chats over lunch on the occasions I visited the GC from the Nathan Campus. I send my sincere condolences and prayers to Cristina, Louie, Klara and all the Kerschbaum family on the loss of a loving, caring, gentle man.
