We were fortunate to meet Fran & Merv when residing next door in 1976 whilst serving in the RAAF at Townsville. Fran was a genuine, sincere friend and loving mother to not only her own children but ours as well. Our children have fond memories of their time spent in the Bond household. Fran was a true mother hen in every sense of the word. It saddens us that Fran has passed on leaving huge gap in the lives on many people who were fortunate enough to encounter her during their lives.
