I knew David when we were childhood neighbours in Wangaratta. His dad Ron took me under his wing to footy training and got to know his grandfather as well as Sylvie. We reconnected about five years ago and David remembers my parents treating him kindly as a kid and we were going to meet up in Capelaba but it didn’t eventuate. Met David once with a couple off his mate s, around 2 years ago at a little place called Yunta. They were on there way to Perth , I was on my way way out to the desert delivering Avgas . We all traded beers and a good yak about each of us . The one nite I met stands out . I could just tell the man David was. Since then we have all kept a little contact through social media . With David always saying to me I should meet up with them on my Harley and ride .well I will ride with him . One day up on heaven highway. With the other time talking trucks . So sorry for all David’s family at this tuff time. Rip big man . Until me meet again.Tim
